Keller Williams Realty was recently given the title of highest buyer satisfaction in real estate for the third year in a row.
J.D. Power and Associates conducts a yearly study and ranks real estate companies accordingly. Keller Williams company objectives include looking for the “win-win,” seeing a house as more than a house, and focusing in on client’s needs.
“We see this honor as demonstration of our company philosophy that it is the agent’s brand that matters most and no amount of money spent on advertising can replace the influence and reputations our agents have in their local communities. Our associates have earned this on their own, by building relationships in their communities.” – Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams Realty.
Buyers think Keller Williams is pretty great! We tend to agree.
In October’s “this month in real estate,” there are some interesting things going on that will affect the real estate markets. Here is Keller Williams’ update. Have a look!
I was born in Ft Worth, Texas and my little family moved to Colorado in 1989. I have loved Colorado since I was a child and dreamed of living in Colorado. I wanted my children to grow up in this beautiful state with the four seasons, the beautiful mountains, rivers and streams!
I have been working in the real estate business since I was very young; owning, fixing up and selling my own personal real estate and then investing in another home more suitable to the lifestyle I was pursuing at that particular time in my life. In 1997 I become a licensed real estate broker because I also wanted to help other people find and fulfill their dreams of owning real estate in Colorado.
I joined Keller Williams in April 2008 when I realized Keller Williams and the owners of KW Northern Colorado had the same values I have. I love working with a wonderful real estate team and with people who also share those values.
My days are full of joy because I get to spend time talking real estate and staying in contact with people that I love and enjoy working with in Loveland, Berthoud, Ft Collins and Northern Colorado. I feel so blessed to be able to serve, encourage and help successfully navigate people through these challenging times.
It seems like all of the real estate deals I am doing right now are challenging and interesting, but rewarding too!
It’s an adventure just letting this life and this journey that we are on be a story of God’s life lived through us and letting Him be the author and finisher of the story of our lives. I have been blessed by focusing on Him as my leader, and letting him be the Lord and King of my life. I love spending time with my husband, my kids, my big Poodle, my family and friends!
