J.D. Power and Associates just released the results of their 2010 Home Buyer/Seller StudySM. For the third consecutive year, Keller Williams Realty has ranked first in satisfaction among real estate buyers.

Operating principal JoAnn Johnston said “We are proud of our real estate agents and the manner in which they care for all of our clients. It is their hard work and caring that keeps us at the top!”

The study is based on a 1000 point scale. Keller Williams Realty scored 817, leading the pack above the average of 803.

Keller Williams Realty also placed second in seller satisfaction for the second year in a row.
