Visitors notice too! ArtSpace Projects Inc. is considering building a mixed use development here. Mixed use is simply both residential and commercial in the same building. The focus would be geared towards fostering the art community.
The consultants thought it necessary to take several trips to speak with local artists, developers, and bankers. They also spoke of our area being a great place to grow even more!
